This is a used SCHERR TUMICO 24” height gage that comes in its original SCHERR
TUMICO fitted wooden box. The gage has
an analog scale in .001” increments. The
scale is missing some numbers or hash marks from 1 – 7” and from 11 – 12”. The head release and lock work, but the head
sticks between 2”- 3” and there is a crack in the glass from 2.3” – 2.9”. It comes with the offset HSS scriber that
will go flat to your surface plate for 0 – 2” measurements. There is no straight
scriber included. A round rod with an
adjustable stop is included, however the rod is bent. The dovetailed box is in very good
condition. We are selling this gage for parts;
however it may be able to be refurbished as well. This height gage is sold as is and our 30 Day
return policy is inapplicable.
