This Tohnichi 15BTG-A Torque Gauge Tester Keyless 3-Jaw Chuck, 2-15 lb-in, 0.2 Grad is in fair condition. It appears to be working well, however the side Memory Pointer is not functioning and there is not a top Memory Pointer. It appears that it did not originallycome with one. Ithas a calibration sticker on it from 1984 and a previous owners' ID numbers. The chuck is in excellent condition and the spring action is very strong. It comes in its original velvet lined case, however the top of the case is brocken and not in good condition.
